Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 1 August 2026

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in our Affiliate Program. By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Participation in the Affiliate Program is subject to approval. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion without providing a reason.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate, complete and current information.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to promote our products honestly, ethically and in accordance with all applicable Australian laws.

Affiliates must not:

  • Make false, misleading or deceptive claims about our products or business.
  • Engage in spam, unsolicited emails, or bulk messaging.
  • Use misleading advertising or impersonate our business.
  • Bid on our business name, trademarks or domain names in paid advertising without our prior written consent.
  • Use copyrighted content without permission.
  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive or unethical marketing practices.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring any promotional content complies with the Australian Consumer Law, including disclosure of affiliate relationships where required.

3. Referral Tracking

Referrals are tracked using unique affiliate links and browser cookies.

  • Cookie Duration: 30 days.

If a customer clicks an affiliate link and completes a qualifying purchase within 30 days, the referral will normally be credited to that affiliate.

We cannot guarantee referral tracking where cookies have been deleted, blocked, overwritten, or where technical issues occur outside our reasonable control.

4. Commissions

Approved affiliates will earn:

  • 10% commission on the value of each qualifying sale (excluding shipping charges, taxes, gift cards and any other excluded items specified by us).

A qualifying sale is one that:

  • Has been successfully paid.
  • Is not cancelled, refunded or charged back.
  • Complies with these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify commission rates at any time. Any changes will apply only to future referrals.

5. Commission Payments

  • Minimum payout: AU$5.00
  • Payment method: PayPal
  • Commissions become payable only after any applicable refund or return period has expired.

Affiliates are responsible for providing a valid PayPal email address.

Payments may be delayed if incorrect payment information has been supplied.

6. Refunds, Returns and Chargebacks

If an order is refunded, cancelled, reversed or subject to a chargeback, any associated commission may be cancelled or deducted from future commission payments.

7. Self-Referrals

Affiliates are not permitted to earn commissions on purchases made for themselves, members of their household, or businesses they own or control unless we have provided prior written approval.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Cookie stuffing.
  • Click fraud.
  • Fake or fraudulent orders.
  • Creating multiple affiliate accounts.
  • Offering unauthorised discounts or coupons.
  • Using malware, bots or automated traffic.
  • Purchasing through your own affiliate link.
  • Any activity intended to manipulate the referral tracking system.

Any breach may result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

9. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use our approved logos, banners and promotional materials solely for promoting our products.

Our trademarks, logos and other intellectual property remain our exclusive property and may not be modified or used in a misleading manner.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at any time.

We may suspend or terminate an affiliate account immediately where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or where continued participation may damage our business or reputation.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the Affiliate Program is limited to the total unpaid commissions properly owing to the affiliate.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses including loss of profits, business opportunities or goodwill.

12. Changes to the Program

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Affiliate Program or these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will become effective once published on our website.

13. Privacy

Any personal information collected through the Affiliate Program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the State or Territory in which our business is established. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
